Summary description of the content of the project:
METALFORG-TEC Kft. began operations on 01 January 2012, and the company was primarily
in the part manufacturing business as a machining plant.
The company’s main activity is metalworking, and, within this field, it mainly focuses on
manufacturing equipment and technological systems for the aluminium industry. The ever-
increasing number of new orders necessitated the capacity-enhancing implemented under the
current project.
During the physical implementation of the project, the following items were procured: 1 pc. of
MACROMICRO ACCELER 1820 vertical CNC machining centre with SIEMENS
828D+ShopMill control, 1 pc. of GO98AVIA VMC800 vertical CNC machining centre with
SIEMENS 840D+ShopMill control, and 2 pcs. of additional toolkits required to tool up the
above-mentioned machines, furthermore, ensuring the continuity of production capacities, 1
pc. of bridge crane for handling materials.

With the installation of the second CNC machining centre, the project was fully implemented.
During the test operation, the equipment operated flawlessly, thus, the new manufacturing
process meeting the highest customer requirements could be started.
The procurement of new equipment made it possible to fulfil new orders and therefor gain new
market share. The new orders following the implementation of the project helped increase the
revenue of the Company, moreover, secure the existing jobs and create six new ones.
The project was implemented with the support of the European Union, co-financed by the
European Regional Development Fund, between 01.02.2016 and 31.10.2016.

of IMET H601 automatic double column bandsaw, and 1 pc. of TOYOTA
TONERO 02-8FGJF 35 LPG fuelled stacker forklift for handling materials.

By ordering the DL 425 /4000 S type heavy duty lathe, the project was started.
6 June 2017
A positive decision was made on the support. The Supporting Document entered
into force on 11.06.2017.
Third quarter of 2017
The following machines were delivered to and installed at the site of
METALFORG-TEC Kft.:
Turnado 230/1000 lathe machine
OPTIturn S 600 type CNC lathe machine
IMET H601 automatic double column bandsaw
Fourth quarter of 2017
Our project ended with the installation of the TOYOTA TONERO 02-8FGJF 35
type LPG fuelled stacker forklift.
The procurement of new equipment made it possible to fulfil new orders and
therefor gain new market share. The new orders following the implementation of
the project helped increase the revenue of the Company, moreover, secure the
existing jobs and create three new ones.
The project was implemented with the support of the European Union, co-financed
by the European Regional Development Fund, between 02.02.2017 and
03.11.2017.

During the physical implementation of the project, the following items were
procured: 1 pc. of vertical CNC machining centre. By the implementation of the
investment, the number and quality of the self-manufactured parts and products
increased.

The subject of the project, the machining centre, was ordered on the above date.
The equipment was expected to be delivered to the project site on July 2019.
10 January 2019
After a positive decision had been made on the support, the Supporting
Document entered into force, and the advance funding was drawn.
19 July 2019
With the installation of the vertical CNC machining centre, the project was
actually completed.
The project was implemented with the support of the European Union, co-financed
by the European Regional Development Fund, between 07.11.2018 and
19.07.2019.

With the installation of the GOODWAY GS-330L CNC lathe, the project was
actually completed.
The project was implemented with the support of the European Union, co-financed
by the European Regional Development Fund, between 25.11.2019 and
15.06.2020.
